Remove a key entirely, so key in get() becomes false — set can only
overwrite a key, never drop it. Deleting an absent key is a no-op and
fires no change notification.
Declared as a property, not a method, on purpose: method syntax is checked
bivariantly, which would let a fixed-shape record pass as an open-ended one
wherever a ReactiveRecord<Record<string, V>> is expected — and a delete
through that alias would drop a required key. A property is contravariant
under strictFunctionTypes, so the assignment is rejected instead.
